Candidate Requirement

• Minimum IT experience of 9+ years. Relevant experience should be 5-6 years.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Prior experience of working with

  Indian Customers

  would be a big plus.

Educational Qualification

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery and support of Salesforce projects

   from project initiation to delivery and support of deployed projects.
• Extensive background in development and delivering complex projects throughout the lifecycle.
• Delivery Management objectives in

  Onshore & Offshore Model

  for multiple clients across the globe.
• Project planning and progress monitoring, including budget control and milestone control.
• Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situation with professionalism.
• Provide leadership and direction to the Delivery teams. Handle Operational issues related to the Delivery.
• Provide technical support and participate in the Change Control Board and/ or change control process.
• Become the Single point of contact for delivery and act as an advocate between Delivery and the Customer.
• Drive and coordinate crisis management.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
