Role Description

The Technical Project Manager - SAAS role at Gegnat Yards is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The individual in this role will oversee the lifecycle of technical projects, including planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering software solutions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, define objectives, mitigate risks, and ensure the alignment of technical deliverables with client requirements. The Technical Project Manager will also be responsible for reporting progress to stakeholders and driving team performance to maintain project efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Project Management and Program Management, including the ability to oversee complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong Analytical Skills to identify trends, solve problems, and develop efficient strategies for process optimization and risk mitigation.
• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and provide clear project updates.
• Exceptional Team Leadership skills, with experience in managing and guiding project teams toward achieving their objectives efficiently.
• Experience with SAAS (Software as a Service) projects is crucial; a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technology-oriented project management is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
