Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define scope, milestones, and success metrics
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including resource allocation, dependencies, and risk mitigation
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives across multiple teams
• Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to senior leadership and stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience in technical project/program management within software or IT environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise software architecture
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks, licensing models, and risk management practices
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience with AI/ML, automation, or distributed systems
• Strategic mindset with hands-on technical fluency
• Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams
