Role & responsibilities

Delivery & Project Management

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple agile projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes aligned with client and business goals.
• Develop and manage detailed

  project plans

  , track progress, and proactively address risks and dependencies.
• Oversee sprint execution and ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon timelines and quality standards.
• Track and report sprint metrics, velocity, and project health.

Requirements Management

• Partner with business stakeholders and clients to

  gather, analyze, and document

  functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into

  user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria

  using tools such as

  Azure DevOps (ADO)

  or Jira.
• Conduct impact analysis, gap assessments, and ensure clear traceability of requirements through delivery.
• Support solution discussions with architects and tech leads to validate technical feasibility.
• Track, manage, and prioritize

  ServiceNow (SNOW)

  tickets including incidents, service requests, and change requests.

Pre-Sales Support

• Collaborate with the sales and solutions team during

  pre-sales

  phases to define project scope, timelines, and delivery models.
• Participate in client presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and proposal discussions.
• Contribute to

  effort estimation and resource planning

  for new opportunities.
• Provide insights on delivery feasibility, cost implications, and risk mitigation strategies during deal shaping.

Team Leadership

• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to drive accountability, ownership, and delivery excellence.
• Foster collaboration between onsite and offshore teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Support resource onboarding, ramp-up, and competency building within the team.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven track record managing

  end-to-end delivery

  across distributed or multi-vendor teams.
• Experience working with

  Azure DevOps (ADO)

  or Jira for sprint and backlog management.
• Solid understanding of

  SDLC

  , Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience in

  pre-sales activities

  including proposal support, estimation, and client presentations.
• 8+ years of experience in web technology projects, with at least 3+ years in a technical project management or delivery leadership role.
• Good understanding of

  web development stacks

  (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, .NET, PHP, Python, APIs, databases).
• Experience managing

  cloud-hosted

  (AWS/Azure/GCP) web applications.
• Proven track record with

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
• Strong understanding of

  UI/UX workflows, DevOps pipelines, and testing processes

  .
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
