Technical Project Manager - ERP

As an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) with deep expertise in ERP implementations, you will be responsible for leading large-scale ERP projects aligned with business needs and ensuring timely delivery. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing analysis, configuration, integration, deployment, and support for SAP, Workday, Kronos, and PeopleSoft systems. You will manage cross-functional teams, collaborate with various departments, and develop end-user training and go-live support plans for new system rollouts. Additionally, you will gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables. Your mandatory skills should include extensive experience (10+ years) in implementing and managing ERP projects with SAP, Workday, Kronos, and PeopleSoft, along with proficiency in business process mapping, systems analysis, project planning, and risk management. Strong leadership in stakeholder management, team building, and change management strategies is essential. You should be adept at driving cross-functional initiatives, delivering training to end users, and experienced in both agile and waterfall delivery methods. Preferred qualifications for this role include PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications, experience in large-scale, multi-country ERP rollouts and support, and proven success in fast-paced, multi-project environments. In addition to your technical skills, your ability to ensure regulatory and data compliance throughout all ERP initiatives, coordinate post-go-live production support, troubleshoot SAP, Workday, Kronos, and PeopleSoft platforms, and provide detailed reporting to leadership will be crucial for success in this role.
