Technical Project Manager

As an experienced technical program manager at Cyient, your role will involve leading the creation, development, and delivery of innovative Telecom Network solutions. You will be responsible for designing and communicating end-to-end network solutions to customers in collaboration with internal sales and delivery teams. Your strong technical program management skills, exceptional leadership abilities, and background in telecommunication business development will be crucial in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee multiple customer programs as a technical project manager - Manage customer deliveries in coordination with onshore and offshore technical and delivery teams - Develop proactive business proposals to influence sales - Conceptualize, design, and develop technological solutions for customers at a regional level - Align your vision with the global strategy group - Lead solution presentations and demonstrations for prospective customers **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication or Computer Science - Over 15 years of experience in the Telecom Industry - Expertise in Routing & Switching, Commissioning & Decommissioning of networks, OSS Architecture & Products, Wireless transport networks, Wireline transport network, OTN, D/C-WDM devices, 5G & Private Network knowledge, and open APIs support - Proficiency in the Architecture and Design of various Telecom Network Solutions - Experience in leading Consulting Systems/Solution integration business processes - Strong grasp of business and telecom methodologies and frameworks, such as TM Forum Framework & eTOM, Agile / SAFe, DevOps, CI/CD In this role, you will play a critical part in the success of network infrastructure programs by leveraging your extensive experience and skills in the Telecom Industry.
