We are hiring for

Job Role:- Technical Project Manager

Exp Range:- 5 yrs

Required Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage software development projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
• Act as a technical leaderproviding guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Maintain a hands-on approach to architecture design, coding (Java), debugging, and code reviews when needed.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, DevOps, Product Owners) to align project goals and technical deliverables.
• Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) principles to ensure scalable and maintainable code architecture.
• Manage and track project progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Identify risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and provide mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present technical documentation, progress reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Work closely with clients or product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills:

• Programming: Strong hands-on experience in Java (Core & Advanced)
• OOPs Concepts: Excellent understanding and practical application of inheritance, polymorphism, encapsulation, abstraction, and design patterns.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bamboo, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Version Control: Proficient with Git/GitHub/GitLab for code management and branching strategies.
• Build Tools: Experience with Maven or Gradle for build automation.
• Cloud/Deployment: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is an added advantage.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience managing sprints, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives using JIRA or similar tools.
