Job Description

About the role:

Location

Lead end-to-end planning, execution & delivery of multi-track technology programs
Define scope, milestones, KPIs & success criteria
Identify and manage risks, dependencies & technical complexities
Work closely with engineering, product, architecture & business stakeholders
Drive governance, reporting & program tracking aligned to Agile ways of working
Communicate program status and insights to senior leadership
Build dashboards to track progress, risks, and outcomes
What were looking for
Ability to solve challenging problems, to bring structure to ambiguity, and to drive outcomes across multiple teams.
4 to 5 years of total experience, including:
1 to 3 years in software development / technical engineering roles
1 to 3 years in program / project management
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, APIs, integrations & system architecture
Exposure to microservices or distributed systems
Experience in Fintech / BFSI / SaaS / high-scale digital platforms (nice to have)
Certifications like PMP / CSM / SAFe are a plus
