1. Day-to-Day Role Clarity

• Focus on technical program management (no coding).
• Responsibilities:
• Drive technical projects and portfolio planning.
• Weekly/biweekly OKR reviews, risk mitigation, dependency management.
• Prep for edge operations health reviews.
• Coordinate with trust and other dependent teams.

Technical Program Management

• Drive technical projects end-to-end (no coding required).
• Develop project plans, milestones, and timelines.
• Track progress weekly and escalate issues as needed.

Portfolio & Team Planning

• Plan for team-level deliverables and roadmap.
• Conduct weekly or biweekly OKR reviews.
• Evaluate progress, identify risks, and mitigate dependencies.

Risk & Dependency Management

• Analyze delays and blockers.
• Coordinate with dependent teams (e.g., Trust team) for alignment.

Operational Health

• Monitor overdue tickets for edge operations.
• Prepare for biweekly edge operations health reviews.

Stakeholder Communication

• Align timelines across teams.
• Escalate and communicate risks effectively.

Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Support cultural fitment and technical interview processes as needed.

Key Expectations

• Ability to manage both portfolio-level planning and specific project execution.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-team alignment.
