Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in project management.
Experience in Data Analytics, Metrics, queries, and reports with a focus on operational processes.

Preferred qualifications:

Excellent Cross-Functional Collaboration, problem-solving, thinking, and Process Improvement skills.
Excellent communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities:

Track privacy operations metrics, identify review trends, and produce regular reports for leadership.
Collaborate with functional stakeholders to evaluate a variety of support requests from different teams to recommend actions or develop related plans for addressing such requests.
Manage technical integrations with existing privacy review workflows, applying customization where appropriate.
Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that help drive optimal quality in operational programs.
