Job Description

Role Overview: In this role, you will provide global user support for enterprise applications, handling high-end technical support tickets involving multiple business systems. You will document complex technical issues clearly and concisely using the appropriate ticketing system and initiate fix actions to resolve the issues or coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Your expertise will be crucial in quickly resolving system-level issues impacting product performance and resolving bugs and issues in database-driven web-based applications using C# .NET, ASP.NET MVC, and WEB APIs. Additionally, you will develop SQL stored procedures of medium to high complexity, coordinate with IT teams for deployment and configuration changes, and collaborate with stakeholders for installing patches and supporting upgrades during non-business hours. Your role will also involve providing functional support to users and the team, writing and executing test cases based on requirements, and administrating all functions and configurations within the application.
