Technical Product Owner

You will be working as a Product Owner in our dynamic team, where your responsibilities will include defining the product vision, roadmap, and taking ownership of the product/project. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze needs, prioritize items, and align the product roadmap with strategic goals. Additionally, you will work closely with the Scrum and business teams to maintain and groom the product backlog based on business needs. It is essential to focus on the technical aspects and feasibility of the product and stay up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management. Key Responsibilities: - Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders. - Leverage expertise in AWS and MERN stack to guide technical teams and ensure feasibility and scalability of product features. - Own the product backlog, prioritize features, enhancements, and technical debt in alignment with business goals. - Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure clear communication of product requirements. - Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations, and provide updates on product progress. - Collect customer feedback, analyze market trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve the product. - Apply Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) to manage product development cycles and ensure timely delivery. - Ensure product meets high standards of quality and performance through thorough testing processes. Experience: - 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner with a focus on technical products. Technical Skills: - Proven experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) and cloud architecture. - Familiarity with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and RESTful APIs. - Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). - Experience in defining product roadmaps, managing backlogs, writing user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management. - Ability to prioritize features and make informed decisions based on technical feasibility and business impact. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
