  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, business)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with AI/ML or data products
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with compliance and security standards (e.g., SOC2, GDPR)
  • Product certifications (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM, SAFe)
