CTC: 3.5 4.5 LPA (Full-time)

Availability: 6 days a week

We're looking for a dedicated Operations Associate to join our team and help drive success across our student programs! If you're passionate about making a real impact on student journeys, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Regularly interact with students via calls, chats, and emails to guide them through the course

- Track student activity, follow up on low engagement, and ensure accountability

- Maintain and update student records, attendance, and performance logs

- Work with cross-functional teams to improve the overall student experience

- Handle heavy student calling and follow-ups

- Review student submissions and coordinate follow-up actions

What We're Looking For:

- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel

- Candidates must have basic knowledge of MERN stack or Java.

- Strong communication and coordination skills

- 0-2 year of experience in operations, academic coordination, or customer-facing roles

- Solid aptitude and logical reasoning ability

- Comfortable with high-volume student calling and daily engagement

- Prior EdTech experience is a bonus
