Job Description The Assistant Project Coordinator/Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, monitoring, and coordination of the ECG services in 9 districts of Bihar including operations of ECG services and STEMI (ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction) care initiative across the entire state. This role involves working closely with district health officials, hospitals, and key stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of care, accurate documentation, data analysis, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the ECG services and STEMI care program across all districts in the state. Regularly collect, validate, and compile data from peripheral and tertiary care centres. Review STEMI cases and maintain up-to-date documentation and patient records. Review and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for state and national review. Organize, participate in review meetings and presentations for stakeholders and senior officials. Identify gaps in implementation and recommend actionable improvements. Liaise with technical partners, medical staff, ambulance services, and administration. Provide training support and orientation sessions to district coordinators and staff.

The Technical Operations Associate will play a key role in overseeing ECG-related activities under the cardiovascular health program across the cluster (9 districts). This role includes technical support, quality assurance of ECG data, training and mentoring of field ECG technicians, coordination with healthcare facilities, and contribution to state-level documentation and reporting efforts. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and monitor the performance of ECG technicians/ GNM/ ANM/ Staff Nurses posted across districts and health facilities. Review ECGs for quality and accuracy, provide technical feedback and ensure adherence to protocols. Assist in the verification and validation of ECG data received from field facilities. Maintain documentation of ECG reports and ensure timely data compilation. Support in developing and maintaining a dashboard for ECG service monitoring. Assist in preparing technical reports, presentations, and summary analyses for periodic review meetings. Provide capacity-building support and conduct refresher training for ECG technicians. Collaborate with IT teams for troubleshooting issues related to ECG transmission and dashboard integration. Visit districts and health facilities as needed to provide on-ground technical support and quality audits.
