Technical Operations and Project Coordinator

Role Overview: As an ideal candidate for this position, you will be responsible for managing the smooth project implementation life cycle. This includes planning project stages, assessing business implications for each one, monitoring progress, ensuring costs, timescales, and quality standards are met, and adjusting plans to cater for unforeseen circumstances if required. Additionally, you will have credible experience in sophisticated corporate client handling, smooth roll out, and obtaining sign offs. You will bridge the gap between business leads and development team by effectively liaising for timely demos/proof of concepts with potential clients. Your role will also involve efficient handling of Business Analyst responsibilities, such as gathering customized Change Request (CR) requirements from clients and creating blueprints for the development team. Furthermore, you will take ownership of existing products and product flows to work towards innovative improvements. You will also be responsible for managing trackers for the overall development team, aligning the timelines of various products in the pipeline with sales requirements for management review. Your ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment with dynamically changing requirements will be crucial for success in this role.
