Job Description

You should have 1-2 years of experience in project implementation and corporate client handling, with the ability to manage the smooth project implementation life cycle. This includes planning project stages, monitoring progress, ensuring costs, timescales, and quality standards are met, and adjusting plans to cater for unforeseen circumstances if required. Your educational qualification should be a Bachelors (any stream) or an MBA (IT/Marketing). As part of your responsibilities, you will bridge the gap between business leads and the development team by effectively liaising for timely demo/POC with potential clients. You should also be efficient in a Business Analyst role, gathering customized Change Request (CR) requirements from clients, and creating blueprints for the development team. Additionally, you will take ownership of existing products and product flows to work towards innovatively improving them. You will manage trackers for the overall development team, ensuring timelines of various products in the pipeline align with sales requirements for management review. This role requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment with dynamically changing requirements.,
