Technical & Non-Technical Content Writer

This role requires strong writing ability, understanding of SaaS products, SEO knowledge, and the ability to create and edit instructional videos.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO-Optimized Content Creation

  • Create clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for blogs, documentation, and website.
  • Ensure high visibility, readability, and search relevance across all content formats.

2. Technical Content Writing (Blogs & Documentation)

  • Write solution-oriented technical blogs that address real user challenges.
  • Create detailed how-to guides, feature explanations, and troubleshooting posts.
  • Produce deep-dive articles that help users optimize Wilyer's Digital Signage Software.
  • Maintain accurate and updated

    product documentation

    as features evolve.

3. Non-Technical Content Creation

  • Write user-friendly blogs focused on common problems and practical solutions.
  • Create content that increases organic traffic and user engagement.
  • Maintain brand tone, clarity, and simplicity in all communication.

4. Technical User Guide Writing

  • Write beginner-friendly guides, FAQs, product overviews, and instructions.
  • Translate complex technical information into simple, understandable language.

5. Video Documentation & Training Content

  • Create scripts and storyboards for product walkthroughs and tutorials.
  • Record and edit instructional videos using screen capture and editing tools.
  • Update video content when UI or software features change.
  • Create visual flows, demo videos, feature highlight clips, and onboarding guides.

6. Software Feature Documentation

  • Update documentation for every new release or feature enhancement.
  • Work closely with the development and product teams for accurate information.
  • Maintain structured documentation with proper version history.
