As a Technical Marketing Designer, you will be a key player in creating technical documentation and multimedia materials to support marketing and sales teams, enhancing the customer experience. Your role will involve developing and maintaining high-quality technical manuals, user guides, and system documentation in electronic formats for print and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain technical manuals, user guides, and system documentation in electronic formats. - Create detailed technical drawings including layout schematics, wiring diagrams, control schematics, and block diagrams. - Collaborate with teams to transform technical content into visually appealing documentation. - Support projects with layout and wiring schematics based on customer needs. - Participate in coordination meetings and provide clear explanations of technical designs. - Maintain organized records of technical documents and drawings. - Assist in creating content for presentations, technical brochures, and digital campaigns. - Contribute to the evolution of content strategy by integrating digital formats into documentation and marketing deliverables. Your Background & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. - Proven experience in technical drawing and documentation in a customer-facing environment. - Strong electrical and electronics knowledge. - Excellent digital skills and proactive approach to modern tools and formats. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex systems into user-friendly content. - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. - Highly organized with good time management and attention to detail. - Knowledge of GRMS and EMS systems, including architecture and wiring. - Excellent English knowledge.
