Technical Manager-PERSONAL LOANS-Housing Technical Department

As a Project and Property Appraiser, your role will involve the approval and appraisal of projects and properties within the designated area. You will utilize your property evaluation experience to scrutinize documents and prepare detailed Technical Reports. Your responsibilities will also include collecting and updating project data for various zones and builder statuses, as well as monitoring the construction stages of approved and funded projects. Key Responsibilities: - Approval and appraisal of projects and properties - Property evaluation and technical report preparation - Data collection and updates on project statuses - Monitoring construction stages and ensuring due diligence during approval - Reviewing and proposing changes to process notes - Collecting market information and updates - Timely updates on amendments/regulations affecting property - Vendor management from initiation to report closure Qualifications Required: - BE in Civil Engineering - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related role Please note that vendor management is also a crucial aspect of this role, and you will be expected to oversee this process from initiation until report closure.,
