Technical Manager

You should have 14+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 5+ years in a project manager role. Candidates are expected to possess a strong technical knowledge in SQL, SSIS, SSRS, .NET, and be proficient in handling client teams independently. Additionally, experience in the US healthcare domain is required. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team size of 30+ associates. Your experience should include project management across production support, enhancement, and development projects. You should also have a track record of tracking project milestones and SLA metrics. Proficiency in tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and TFS is essential. You will be expected to identify and secure necessary project resources, lead and motivate project teams, and monitor project progress against the plan. Conducting regular project meetings, managing change requests, and overseeing the quality assurance process are also key responsibilities. You must identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to ensure projects stay on track. Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels is crucial. This includes communicating project status, risks, and changes in a clear and timely manner, as well as facilitating communication and collaboration among all project participants. Team coordination, both offshore and onsite, will be a part of your role. This will involve daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, real-time discussions via platforms like Slack/Teams, and resolving blockers for team members promptly. A qualification of BE/Btech and a minimum of 12 years to a maximum of 15 years of experience are required for this position.,
