Job Description

Senior Technical Lead Cybersecurity

Key Responsibilities

Act as a senior individual contributor for SOC, threat detection, incident response, and security operations.
Lead and mentor junior analysts while independently handling complex security cases.
Manage, configure, and optimize
SIEM tools
(Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, Elastic, etc.).
Execute and support
AI-driven security initiatives
, automation workflows, and advanced analytics.
Perform deep-dive investigations on high-severity incidents, threats, and vulnerabilities.
Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot
endpoint security solutions
(EDR/XDR platforms like CrowdStrike, Defender, SentinelOne).
Develop and maintain SOC playbooks, runbooks, and operational processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security architecture, compliance, and governance.
Prepare incident reports, dashboards, and regular updates for leadership.
Ensure SLA compliance, quality in deliverables, and continuous improvement of security posture.

Required Skills & Experience

9+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, SOC operations, or threat management.
Strong expertise in
SIEM
tools: Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, or similar.
Solid experience in
endpoint security
technologies (EDR/XDR/AV platforms).
Experience working on
AI/ML-based security tools or automation
(SOAR, UEBA, anomaly detection).
Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO 27001, and incident handling frameworks.
Minimum
2+ years of experience guiding/leading a team
(even in an IC model).
Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, AZ-500, CYSA+, or similar.
Experience with cloud security (Azure/AWS/GCP).
Exposure to XDR solutions (CrowdStrike, Defender, SentinelOne, etc.).
