Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handling E2E valuation process from initiation to vetting to revaluation and billing.

Responsible for leading continuous improvement in process, quality and valuation aspects.
Ensuring valuation related processes are designed in co-ordination with various stake-holders like Business, CAD and Risk for effective execution with respect to regulatory requirement, risk control & operational efficiency.
Ensuring time bound resolution of queries raised by stakeholders Business/CAD/RISK and other support units.
In depth knowledge of local building byelaws, Local market practices and competition approach in respect of real-estate based lending.
Vetting of vendor technical reports as per the laid down process and take action.
Visiting properties and preparation of reports for sampling and valuation activity.
Carrying out joint visits with business/risk as and when necessary and resolution of valuation related issues.
Visiting developer projects and preparation of project technical reports and monitoring reports.
Carrying out Subsequent APF visit, checking on Early Warning Signals, Report market intelligence
Managing E2E APF process for the location, raising and recommending APF approvals to the reporting authority.
NDC collection on a quarterly basis
