Technical Lead.NET Full Stack

Role & responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership

Guide and mentor the development team on .NET, Angular/React, SQL, and cloud technologies.

Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain high coding standards.

Make key decisions on technology stack, architecture, and tools.

Solve complex technical problems and provide alternative solutions.

2. Project & Delivery Management

Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

Break down tasks, assign work to team members, and track progress.

Ensure on-time delivery with good quality.

Coordinate with Product Owners, QA, and other stakeholders.

3. Software Design & Development

Design scalable and secure software architecture.

Develop critical modules and proof-of-concepts when required.

Ensure integration of backend (.NET Core, Web APIs, SQL) with frontend (Angular/React, HTML, CSS, JS).

Optimize the performance of applications.

4. Quality & Process

Implement best practices in coding, testing, DevOps, and deployment.

Ensure proper documentation of design, code, and processes.

Conduct regular code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Ensure compliance with engineering standards and company guidelines.

5. People & Team Management

Mentor junior developers, encourage skill growth and learning.

Support team in problem-solving and career guidance.

Promote a culture of collaboration, ownership, and accountability.

6. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Explore new tools, frameworks, and methods to improve product quality and efficiency.

Recommend automation, performance tuning, and security improvements.

Stay updated with the latest .NET, frontend, cloud, and DevOps trends.

Preferred candidate profile

A Technical Lead (.NET Full Stack) with 14+ years of experience is expected to be a hands-on architect, team mentor, problem solver, and delivery ownerbalancing technical depth with leadership skills to ensure smooth delivery of engineering software products.
