Role & responsibilities - Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and manage content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Paid Ads Execution - Run and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and visibility. Content Creation: Design creatives using Canva and other visual platforms , aligned with each brand's voice and goals. SEO & Keyword Research: Support on-page SEO efforts and conduct keyword research to drive organic performance. Website Handling (WordPress): Update and manage WordPress website, including landing pages, plugins, a minor backend adjustments. Client & Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate effectively with internal departments and communicate with clients to ensure seamless execution. Reporting & Analysis: Build detailed reports and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint to track campaign performance. Tool Adaptation: Should work comfortably with Microsoft 365 and CRM tools used internally for task and client management. Preferred candidate profile - Experience: 2-3 years in a digital marketing agency Skillset: Meta Ads & Google Ads campaign management Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent design platforms SEO knowledge and keyword tool proficiency WordPress content management Excellent English communication (written & verbal) Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Familiarity with Microsoft 365 & CRM software Ability to handle multiple client projects and a dynamic mindset is a must.
