Technical Lead

Position : Technical Lead (Skills: Aws + Nodejs + Angular)

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible to create scalable, bug free applications
• Responsible to communicate with clients/leads/Teams
• Responsible to follow and manage processes for organization and clients
• Exhibit language proficiency and independently write application modules, unit tests, and design
• Troubleshoot issues with the application code
• Review code to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues and defects
• Contribute to identify sources of defects in the application code
• Influence best practices development, contributing to process enhancements, and enforces best practices on project work
• Mentor juniors or new team members
• Conduct end to end system testing
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

Mandatory Technical skills

• AWS: CloudWatch, Lambda (NodeJS), Lex, Connect, DynamoDB
• Frontend: Angular, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, HTML5
• DB: SQL, Oracle 11g
• OS: Windows, Linux
• Create flow using AWS Connect as per requirements / flow chart
• AWS Lex bot for tracking keywords used by caller
• AWS Lambda for writing business logic in NodeJS for what should be performed for a particular keyword said / fetching third party API for reading out information to caller
• Logs monitoring using AWS CloudWatch
• Dynamo DB usage for prompts storage, feature enabling disabling for particular calling number and setting agent specific destination telephony systems
• UI/UX development based on wireframe / requirements assigned / flow chart using Angular, HTML, CSS & JavaScript
• Integrate API call with UI
• Create NodeJS RESTful APIs for CRUD operations for voice interaction systems
• Co-ordinate with onshore developers to gather Project data for biweekly/monthly calls and provide updates to client on same calls
• Develop and maintain GCP App Engine applications
• Excellent analytical thinking and debugging skills

• Concisely document and maintain all SDLC processes
