Role Overview: You are actively seeking an experienced Tech Lead (Full Stack) with a proven track record of 7 to 10 years in the industry. As a Tech Lead, you will lead and guide the Technology team in developing cutting-edge software solutions. Your proficiency in Angular, .NET Core, Node JS, Azure basics, along with expertise in JIRA and Scrum methodologies, is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and expertise - Drive the full software development life cycle, from planning and requirements analysis to deployment - Architect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable full-stack solutions - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, advocating for their integration when beneficial - Conduct regular code reviews and ensure best practices are followed - Utilize JIRA and follow Scrum methodologies for efficient project management - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software solutions as needed - Provide technical leadership in the evaluation and adoption of new technologies Qualifications: - 7 to 10 years of experience in the industry - Proficiency in Angular, .NET Core, Node JS, Azure basics, JIRA, and Scrum methodologies - Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers - Strong understanding of the full software development life cycle and best practices Please Note: This job is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund.
