Position Summary

Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical direction and guidance to the development team.
  
• Define and enforce coding standards, architecture principles, and best practices.
  
• Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews.
  
• Identify and propose technical solutions to complex business problems.
  

Project Delivery

• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software projects.
  
• Break down requirements into technical tasks and estimate effort.
  
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA, and other stakeholders.
  
• Oversee integration, deployment, and release management processes.
  

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

• Mentor junior developers and support skill development within the team.
  
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and accountability.
  
• Facilitate technical discussions and resolve technical roadblocks.
  

Quality & Process Management

• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and agile methodologies.
  
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization.
  
• Review and improve existing systems for scalability, security, and performance.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• 6+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a lead/mentorship role.
  
• Strong expertise in

  (specify: Java/.NET/Python/Node.js/React/Angular/etc.)

• Hands-on experience with databases (

  SQL/NoSQL

  ) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices.
  
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound technical decisions.
  
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  
• Knowledge of security best practices (OWASP).
  
• Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architecture, or serverless technologies.
  
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum leadership roles.
