Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical design, development, and delivery of software solutions using C# and .NET.
Architect and implement scalable solutions leveraging WinForms, Windows and Web Services, and Angular.
Design and optimize relational and non-relational databases using PLSQL, SQL, and NoSQL technologies.
Guide the adoption and implementation of Azure Functions and cloud-native architectures.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to align solutions with business requirements.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams across multiple projects.
Conduct design and code reviews to ensure best practices, performance, and security standards are met.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize system performance, and ensure scalability.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and introduce innovative practices to enhance project delivery.
Ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality and within defined scope

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7–10 years of professional experience in software development with strong expertise in
C#, .NET, WinForms, Windows and Web Services, Angular, and PLSQL
.
Strong experience in
SQL and NoSQL
database design and development.
Knowledge of
Azure Functions
and cloud-based solution design.
Proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex technical projects.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to mentor and inspire team members while driving technical excellence.

Good to Have Skills

Experience with healthcare domain applications.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise-level project management.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery models.
