This is a remote-first role that requires close collaboration with our global development team.

The Technical Lead will manage and guide multiple projects while fostering teamwork to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality solutions for customers. The ability to balance multiple projects and ability to go beyond for customer success, when necessary, is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple customer projects, ensuring high-quality and on-time outputs.
• Architect, design, and build scalable

  backend

  and frontend solutions using JavaScript,

  Node.js

  , TypeScript, and relevant frameworks.
• Implement and manage cloud infrastructure using

  IaC

  tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) on platforms like

  AWS

  , GCP, or Azure.
• Set up and maintain

  CI/CD

  pipelines to streamline development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with the global development team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues swiftly to meet client needs, including those that arise outside regular working hours.
• Ensure applications align with performance, security, and networking standards.
• Mentor and coach development teams, promoting best practices in software architecture.
• Manage multiple projects effectively, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend tools that improve productivity and code quality.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+

  years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript,

  Node.js

  , and TypeScript, with exposure to additional programming languages.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (

  AWS

  , GCP, or Azure) and

  IaC

  tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Experience with

  CI/CD

  pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Basic understanding of frontend frameworks like React, React Native, or Angular.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, performance optimization, integration patterns, networking, and security principles.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate with remote global teams to deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
• Customer-centric mindset with a willingness to go beyond when necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional, multicultural teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless computing.

• Prior experience working in a software development company or consulting environment.
