Required skills and experience (7 to 12 Years) Strong experience working in a Support or Services role, preferably in the Telco environment. Matrixx DCP Operational/Pricing Certified ( Preferred) Kubernetes platform hands on. Working with real-time network technology (Intelligent Networks, Online/Converged Charging Systems, Mediation, Policy Control) Technical expertise and significant experience in the following Telco skills: Applications and Systems (IN, OCS, Billing, PCRF) Networking protocols (SS7, MAP, INAP, CAP, DIAMETER, 5G) Telco South bound/Noth bound Integration knowledge. Familiar with Telco CRM business flows . Understanding Telco 4G/5G E2E call flows. Good Troubleshooting & fault Isolation skills. Good communication skills covering both technical and non-technical aspects. Role & responsibilities Direct interface with Customer to explain the issues/solutions/troubleshooting more clearly in technical. Provide remote/onsite support under stringent SLA to customers and MATRIXX partners in all aspects of the MATRIXX platform. Engage multivendor for hot-line support. Proactively manage INCs/CRs/Problem tickets within agreed SLA. Assist in deployment and BAU operational support activities. Mentoring AMS team with Matrixx/Telco capabilities and Trainings. Coverup technical frontend for any kind of issues raised by Customer Service. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the customer and partner lifecycle. Manage/Drive AMS resources around 10+ head count. Participate in out of hours on-call rota. Getting Handovers from Development team for new feature enablement. Maintaining Production systems 24*7 without any service impact. Identify, communicate and drive improvement initiatives for the processes and tools. Provide KT and mentoring to more junior colleagues. Multiple vendor engagement for issue troubleshooting.
