  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Manage the Design, development, and implementation of high-quality web applications using PHP, MEAN, OR MERN stacks.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and integrate them into the development process.
  • Extensive experience with MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js, React, and PHP.
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
  • Proficient in server-side technologies and RESTful API development.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
