Technical Lead - Node.js Framework

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for demonstrating expertise in AWS and other cloud platforms to optimize and implement cloud solutions. You should have hands-on experience with Lambda, NodeJS, event-driven architecture, and services like SQS, SNS, and Event Bridge Databases. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Serverless Framework (CloudFormation) or Terraform is essential. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, along with implementing DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. In this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of microservices architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices. Proficiency in programming languages such as Node.js, and familiarity with frameworks like Serverless Framework are required. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, will be beneficial. Knowledge of agile development methodologies, low code platforms like Boomi, UI frameworks like VueJS, and languages like Typescript will be advantageous. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud services into the overall technology strategy, establishing and maintaining standards for system integrations, ensuring compliance with security and performance best practices, and providing strategic advice on technology usage. You will also manage IT initiatives, assist with technical issues, revise existing systems, produce reports, and refine standards to align with emerging technologies and business needs. As part of your day-to-day tasks, you will work closely with engineering delivery leads, oversee the development process, contribute to estimation processes, recommend integration tooling, and drive the adoption of efficient engineering methodologies. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand requirements, design scalable system architectures, and create detailed Low-Level Design (LLD) documents. The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience.
