Job Description

We are looking for a

Technical Lead

with strong expertise in

.NET and Azure

who is actively involved in hands-on coding and can also interact directly with clients to understand business requirements and functional needs. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator and problem solver with the ability to lead development efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Write, review, and maintain high-quality, scalable code using C# and .NET technologies.
Collaborate with clients to gather technical requirements and translate them into workable solutions.
Design and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, including WebJobs and Blob Storage.
Define and manage infrastructure using Terraform (mandatory).
Work with SQL Server for database development, optimization, and maintenance.
Guide front-end integration using frameworks like React or Angular.
Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and architectural best practices.
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
Promote DevOps best practices, including CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
