Technical Lead - .NET

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Lead - .NET to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible not only for designing and developing robust applications using Microsoft .NET technologies, but also for leading a team of developers, managing project delivery, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. You will collaborate with onshore stakeholders, project managers, and delivery heads to drive technical excellence and successful execution of projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and performance feedback.
• Own end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server).
• Collaborate with cross-functional onshore and offshore teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and align solutions with business needs.
• Define and enforce best practices in coding, architecture, security, and performance.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and proactively resolve delivery challenges.
• Drive adoption of modern development practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in .NET and related technologies, bringing innovative ideas into the team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server).
• Proven experience in leading development teams and managing software project delivery.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable application design.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership and project oversight.
• Experience with front-end frameworks (Blazor, Angular, React) is an advantage.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
