You will collaborate with onshore stakeholders, project managers, and delivery heads to drive technical excellence and successful execution of projects. Roles & Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and performance feedback. Own end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met. Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server). Collaborate with cross-functional onshore and offshore teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and align solutions with business needs. Define and enforce best practices in coding, architecture, security, and performance. Manage project risks, dependencies, and proactively resolve delivery challenges. Drive adoption of modern development practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based solutions. Stay up to date with emerging trends in .NET and related technologies, bringing innovative ideas into the team. Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server). Proven experience in leading development teams and managing software project delivery. Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable application design. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership and project oversight. Experience with front-end frameworks (Blazor, Angular, React) is an advantage. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
