Technical Lead - .Net

You are a highly skilled Tech Lead (.NET) with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in modern Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the technical design and development of enterprise-grade applications while also mentoring a small team of developers. **Responsibilities:** - Lead the design, architecture, and development of web applications using .NET Core, C#, Web API, and MVC. - Build and optimize scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions deployed on AWS and Azure. - Write clean, testable, maintainable, and efficient code. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, estimate timelines, and ensure high-quality deliverables. - Provide technical mentorship to team members and conduct regular code reviews. - Guide the team in following best practices around architecture, coding standards, and DevOps. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and ensure optimal system performance. - Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and team. **Skills & Experience:** - 8-10 years of experience in software development with a focus on Microsoft technologies. - Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, Web API, and MVC. - Proven experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms. - Experience in leading or mentoring a team of developers (formal or informal leadership). - Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design. - Strong knowledge of CI/CD, version control (Git), and modern development practices. - Ability to break down complex problems and architect robust, scalable solutions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. **Nice to Have:** - Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Exposure to front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Blazor). - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, .NET).
