Technical Lead MuleSoft

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead MuleSoft who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MuleSoft technologies, integration architecture, and API-led connectivity with hands-on experience in leading technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

Define and implement API-led architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Develop, test, and deploy Mule applications, APIs, and connectors.

Provide technical leadership to the MuleSoft development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and CI/CD pipelines.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across various systems.

Manage and optimize MuleSoft runtime environments (CloudHub, On-Premise, or Hybrid).

Work with DevOps teams to automate deployment and monitoring of MuleSoft APIs.

Ensure proper documentation, version control, and governance for all integration assets.

Essential Skills Experience:

10+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 5+ years in MuleSoft development and architecture.

Strong expertise in Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Exchange.

Hands-on experience with RAML, DataWeave, MuleSoft Connectors, and MuleSoft API Policies.

Experience in API-led connectivity, Microservices architecture, and Integration patterns.

Good understanding of Cloud (AWS/Azure), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven), and DevOps processes.

Experience integrating MuleSoft with systems like Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Databases, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Strong knowledge of security frameworks, OAuth 2.0, and API Gateway policies.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

MuleSoft Certified Developer / Architect certification (Mule 4 preferred).

Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
