Technical Lead MERN Stack

As a Technical Lead at Radixweb, you will write and maintain efficient code using JavaScript technology. You will be responsible for following the complete software development life cycle and collaborating with other team members on project modules, including software design and development. Additionally, you will engage in regular communication with clients to gather requirements and provide demos. - Developing front-end website architecture. - Designing user interactions on web pages. - Developing back-end website applications. - Creating servers and databases for functionality. - Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones. - Ensuring responsiveness of applications. - Seeing through a project from conception to finished product. - Designing and developing APIs. - Meeting both technical and consumer needs. - Staying updated on developments in web applications and programming languages. - Writing unit test cases. - Deploying on staging and production servers. - Optimizing application performance. Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience in Opensource Technology (ReactJS/NodeJS). - Individual contributor with client-facing communication skills. - Experience leading small teams or working independently on modules. - Understanding of application design and architecture. - Excellent interpersonal communication skills. - Hands-on development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks like ReactJs. - Proficiency in writing SQL queries and database management with Postgres or MySQL. - Experience in developing and maintaining eCommerce platforms/web applications. - Knowledge of web development lifecycle, including frontend and backend using modern frameworks. - Troubleshooting technical problems on web applications in a production environment. - Knowledge of best practices in software design, development, coding, testing, and debugging. - Familiarity with AWS services like lambda, elastic beanstalk, s3, ec2, codepipeline, SQS, redis, etc. - Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like Jest and enzyme.,
