Technical Lead MERN Stack

Role Overview: You are sought after to fill the position of Technical Lead MERN Stack with 8-10 years of experience. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around overseeing the development, maintenance, and optimization of software applications. It is crucial for you to have a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, particularly the MERN stack. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale software applications utilizing the MERN stack. - Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Provide technical guidance and mentor team members on best practices. - Create and own High-Level Design and Low-Level Design documentation for software applications. - Conduct code reviews, uphold code quality standards, and offer constructive feedback. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and devise effective solutions. - Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently. - Keep abreast of new technologies and pursue certification as necessitated by projects. - Explore and implement AI, ML, and Data Science solutions where applicable. Qualifications Required: Must-Have: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics Communication or equivalent experience. - Proficient in Node.js and React.js (knowledge of Angular is a plus). - Experience with RDBMS like Oracle/SQL Server/Postgres and NoSQL databases like MongoDB. - Strong grasp of front-end technologies including CSS and JavaScript. - Familiarity with open-source technologies and tools. - Experience with DevOps practices and cloud PaaS solutions (AWS/Azure). - Sound understanding of containerization using Docker and version control with Git. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a cross-functional team. Nice-to-Have: - Exposure to AI/ML frameworks such as Keras, PyTorch, and libraries like scikit-learn. - Practical application of statistical analysis and mathematical modeling concepts.
