Technical Lead MERN Stack

As a Technical Lead at Radixweb, you will be responsible for writing and maintaining efficient code using JavaScript technology. You will actively participate in the complete software development life cycle, collaborating with team members on various project modules such as software design and development. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to gather requirements and conduct demos. Your primary responsibilities will include developing front-end website architecture, designing user interactions on web pages, creating back-end website applications, setting up servers and databases for functionality, optimizing applications for cross-platform compatibility on mobile phones, ensuring application responsiveness, managing projects from conception to completion, designing and implementing APIs, and meeting both technical and consumer needs. Additionally, you will stay updated on advancements in web applications and programming languages, write unit test cases, deploy applications on staging and production servers, and optimize application performance. The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 6 years of experience in Opensource Technology with a focus on ReactJS and NodeJS. You should be comfortable working as an individual contributor, have strong client-facing communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to lead small teams or work independently on project modules. A solid understanding of application design and architecture, excellent interpersonal communication skills, proficiency in web application development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJs, as well as experience in writing SQL queries and managing databases with Postgres or MySQL are essential requirements. Moreover, you should have hands-on experience in building and consuming APIs, particularly Restful and GraphQL types, developing and maintaining eCommerce platforms and web applications, troubleshooting technical issues in production environments, following best practices in software design and development, providing assistance to Product Owners and Business Analysts in gathering new requirements, and leading small teams or working independently on modules. Knowledge of deployment processes in staging and production environments, familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk, S3, EC2, CodePipeline, SQS, and Redis, and experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest and enzyme will be advantageous for this role.,
