Java Technical Lead

8 to 12 years
of hands-on experience in
Java
and
Spring Boot
development.
Strong knowledge of
SQL
and relational database design.
Expertise in
Kafka
and
Kafka Streams
for event-driven architectures.
Experience with
containerization
and
orchestration tools
(Docker, Kubernetes).
Proficiency in
cloud platforms
(Azure AKS / AWS).
Familiarity with
Git/GitLab
and
CI/CD pipelines

Solid understanding of
application performance tuning
