Job Description

Java Lead

Core Java
(strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and design patterns).
Experience with
build tools
: Ant, Maven, Gradle.
DevOps exposure
: CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (
Azure/AWS
).
Ability to identify and implement
modernization opportunities
in legacy systems.

Role & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain applications using
Core Java
and related frameworks.
Implement and manage build processes using
Ant, Maven, or Gradle
.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration on
Azure or AWS
environments.
Analyze existing systems and propose modernization strategies to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Develop automation scripts for build and deployment processes.
Work on migration projects, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where applicable.
