Job Title: L3 Network Security Engineer

Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly experienced Network Security Engineer (L3) with deep expertise in Zscaler technologies, firewall platforms, and wireless security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning, design, implementation, and troubleshooting of complex network security environments, including cloud migration and multi-vendor product support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, planning, and implementation of secure network architectures using Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, DLP, CASB).
Provide TAC-level support for Zscaler technologies and assist in ZPA migration from on-prem to cloud.Troubleshoot and resolve complex network security issues across multi-vendor environments.Manage and support firewalls including FortiGate, Cisco Meraki, Cisco FTD, Checkpoint, and Palo Alto.Administer and optimize wireless infrastructure: Cisco Meraki Wireless, Cisco Wireless, Aruba Wireless.Implement and manage Network Access Control (NAC) solutions: Cisco ISE and Aruba ClearPass.Support and integrate Web Application Firewalls (WAF) such as Imperva or equivalent.Utilize ServiceNow (ITSM) for incident, change, and problem management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and efficient network operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Zscaler Certified with hands-on TAC support experience.
Proven expertise in Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, DLP, CASB.Strong understanding of cloud migration strategies, especially ZPA transitions.Deep troubleshooting skills in complex network setups.Hands-on experience with multi-vendor firewalls and wireless technologies.Familiarity with NAC solutions and WAF implementations.Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.Certifications: Checkpoint, FortiGate, Cisco (CCNP/CCIE preferred).Educational Qualification: Any degree with relevant hands-on experience.
