Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Lead with expertise in Java to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and a strong background in Spring Boot, SQL, Microservices, JSP, JavaScript, and Spring.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Design and develop high-quality software applications using Java and related technologies.
  • Lead the development team in implementing best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for software applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Mentor junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, Microservices, JSP, JavaScript, and Spring.
  • Experience working on banking domain projects is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields such as BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech is required.
  • Notice period: Immediate.
