Job Description : We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead - .NET to join our development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software applications using the .NET framework. In addition to your technical expertise, you will lead a team of developers and ensure that best practices and coding standards are followed throughout the development process. Key Responsibilities : Lead the design, development, and maintenance of .NET-based applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and development teams. Drive the technical direction and architectural decisions for .NET solutions. Ensure coding best practices, standards, and guidelines are followed in the development process. Perform code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues. Stay up to date with emerging technologies, trends, and industry standards related to .NET development. Work with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and modern development tools. Support the deployment of applications and provide post-launch support. Communicate with cross-functional teams to align technical approaches with business objectives. Provide regular status updates and reports to management. Required Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Extensive experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, etc.). Strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, SOLID principles, etc.). Hands-on experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, etc.). Proficiency in relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework). Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS. Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.). Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Good understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Experience with Agile or Scrum development methodologies is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
