Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Lead with strong expertise in front-end development and a deep understanding of code, build, and deployment processes. The ideal candidate will lead technical initiatives, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality delivery of front-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage front-end development projects from design to deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and architecture.
Ensure best practices in coding, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills:

Node.js – Strong proficiency in building scalable front-end applications.
GitHub Copilot – Must have experience leveraging AI-assisted coding tools for efficiency.
Solid understanding of build and deployment processes.
Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and libraries.

Preferred Skills (Advantage):

Microsoft Fabric – Experience with MS Fabric for UI development and integration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 2 years in a technical lead role.
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
