Job Description

Role Description

This role demands to demonstrate high degree of ownership, velocity and aptitude for independently leading technology projects and driving them from start. Driving the team on all technical aspects, Interacting with client for all technical inputs and queries. Understanding the technical requirements and getting the team aligned with the same.

Role and responsibilities

Drive end-end the development activities of the projectLeading the team technically to deliver the release/sprint goals as per defined timelinesContribute to product and feature architecture and detailed designRefine product design while implementing new functionalityControl over code quality, Unit testing and code reviewDetailed technical discussion with client and PO for product backlogDetailed technical discussion with team members on the sprint goals and grooming of the storiesAbility to help team members in case any blockers/ showstopper and training.

Technical Skills

Skills Requirements:

Strong understanding of Layer 4 to Layer 7 protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, and DNS. Experience in network architecture design and implementation. Proficiency in network troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Familiarity with network testing tools and techniques. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it. Should be open to new ideas and be willing to learn and develop new skills. Should also be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Qualifications

7-9 years of work experience in relevant field B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
