Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and develop networking solutions using Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols, including Ethernet, VLAN, and OSPF.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.Configure and deploy networking solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials.
Skills Requirements:
Expertise in Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols such as Ethernet, VLAN, STP, OSPF, and BGP.
Experience in network architecture design and implementation.Proficiency in network troubleshooting and problem-solving.Familiarity with network testing tools and techniques.Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it.Should be open to new ideas and be willing to learn and develop new skills. Should also be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
