Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of

  Conversational AI

  and

  Chatbot

  solutions using

  GenAI

  and

  LLMs

  .
• Implement

  RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

  pipelines for enterprise AI applications.
• Build and optimize

  Node.js-based microservices

  that integrate with AI and data layers.
• Design and develop scalable APIs leveraging

  OpenAI

  ,

  LangChain

  , or similar frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, UX) to deliver high-quality product features.
  
• Drive adoption of

  best coding practices

  ,

  code reviews

  , and

  CI/CD

  principles.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical strategy, scalability, and innovation.
  
• Ensure system performance, security, and reliability across AI and backend components.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

  in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 10–15 years

  of overall experience with at least

  3+ years

  in a lead/architect role.
• Strong expertise in

  Node.js

  ,

  Express.js

  , and

  RESTful API design

  .
• Proven experience in

  Conversational AI

  ,

  Chatbot frameworks

  (Dialogflow, Rasa, Botpress, etc.).
• Deep understanding of

• Experience with
